It was a chance meeting that put the ball in motion for the transfer of Nelsen's Auto Tech Center in 2006.  Ken and Debbie had decided to sell the business at the same time Wade Corners and Amy Reader were looking to start a shop of their own.  It was a chance meeting one weekend outside a local store that resulted in the September 2006 ownership change.  Wade and Amy became the proud owners of the shop and choose to keep the business running exactly the way it had been run for years.

The overall goal for Nelsen's is to continue to offer our customers the same friendly and honest service Dale and The Moore's provided for years.  Wade and Amy had both worked for Nelsen's in the past and at that time became part of the family. The values and business approach are similar to the family owned and operated model that has been in place for years.

Nelsen's will continue to treat all of our customers with the dignity and respect they deserve.  Striving to improve out services is important and the staff at Nelsen's always welcomes comments and suggestions. (BACK)
